Today I was kind of stumped for where to go. I could only think of places I'd already been while I was driving from work. Luckily, I remembered Lalo's, a spot in Hillcrest that I had been to with my friend Jon Grunes, guitarist for the RevHawks. Great local band, btw.
Each new place I went to was like a new Christmas present to be unwrapped. I was even more stoked for Lalo's once I got there- they are the sister store of Livingston's, yesterday's reigning champ. This time the wait was almost excruciatingly long though. 17 minutes, I think. And by the time I got where I was going, literally about 5 minutes away, it was cold. sadface
I'd definitely say "pass" on this one.
